Jay Pandolfo- Professional Hockey Player, NJ Devils, 2-Time Stanley
Cup Champion, Ironman streak of 283 consecutive games played, 2006-07
Frank J. Selke Trophy finalist for Best Defensive Forward in the NHL.
Jay suffered a severe injury on 11-28-2007 which can take 18 to 24 months
to heal. After 7 weeks of traditional medical treatment, Jay’s
progress had stopped. ‘Pando’ was referred to us. Lin and
I consulted with Denis Thompson and Jay Schroeder at ARPwave headquarters
in Minnesota and came up with a game plan.
Within 7 days of his 1st ARP treatment he was skating full speed. 11
days later Jay Pandolfo was back playing full time for the Devils and
did not miss another game for the rest of the NHL regular season and
Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Player
I was 1st introduced to Rob in mid-October 2007. By his own admission,
Rob was not in the best of health and had not been able to pitch injury-free
in his 4 years of professional baseball in the Oakland A’s organization.
His role is a closer which necessitates his readiness to pitch on consecutive
days. It is a very stressful position to play since you never really
know when you need to be ready. Rob throws the baseball at up to 99mph.
His prior injuries included Tommy John surgery to repair his right
elbow, a severely sprained right ankle, low back disc problems, and
small tears
in his right rear rotator cuff/ subscapularis. He was wearing an orthotic
lift in his right shoe that had been previously prescribed to offset
his back problems—this was removed as we worked to bring his
body into natural balance.

Skylands Orthopaedic Group, Hackettstown, NJ. She had been suffering

Today I decided to kick around a soccer ball with my mom. I planned to
casually take shots, cross, and pass. Having not done any of these movements
without pain in about 8 months I was slightly apprehensive. after some
light passing and gentle shots I built my confidence enough to fire shots
from beyond the 18 yard line and take crosses on the run. I experienced
no pain at all and in fact was very pleased with my performance. Since
I have not felt that sense of confidence with my sport since the beginning
of my injury, I immediatley called Russell and informed him of my success.

Robert Cohn, Golfer, NYC
'I am 56 years old, an avid golfer carrying a 3.5 handicap index and an
exercise enthusiast. Over the years I have had numerous physical ailments,
including back pain, torn rotator cuff, plantar fascitis, foot pain,
and biceps tendonitis. In the past I have been able to rehabilitate
these injuries using exercise and treatments by doctors and chiropractors.
As I have gotten older, the exercise seemed to solve one problem but
create another. Most recently, I found that I was having constant pain
in my right hip and leg which prevented me from driving in a car for
more than 20 minutes at a time without significant pain and also kept
me from walking 18 holes. For the last six months, I would feel fine
after a treatment by the doctors, but after exercise, driving or walking
9 holes the pain would return.
While watching the Golf Channel, I saw a fitness program utilizing the
ARPwave. Afer doing research on the internet, I located Russell and Lin
Jones. After my first treatment, I was able to drive for one hour without
significant pain and it has continued to improve. After several treatments,
I purchased my own Arpwave and began the exercise protocol. I am now
walking 18 holes without problems. In fact, I just recently walked 18
holes three days in a row without any pain. My handicap which had gone
up one or two strokes has returned to where it was last summer before
the pain began. Following these treatments, my wife (who was also treated
by Russell and Lin) and I won the Cross County Husband and Wife tournament,
a tournament we had last won ten years ago.
Before I found ARPwave, I was spending 30 minutes to an hour stretching
each morning. If I was playing golf I would have to stretch again after
driving to the course before I could even hit balls to warm up for my
round. I now use the Arpwave for about 25 minutes before I leave for
the course and do not require any further stretching even after riding

Russ. As a defender, I was able to use my strength to win the physical
challenges
and headballs against much larger opponents. Aside from the strength
training, I consider the nutrition lessons extremely valuable. I was
